Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us at tizidistrict.com@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you were sent the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not defective or damaged.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Personal care goods, custom-made products, and hazardous materials.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item or offer an exchange for an item of equal value. If the item is out of stock, store credit may be offered.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at tizidistrict.com@gmail.com.
